This is 20 Pack of Canadian-stocked Baltic Birch plywood that we cut and engrave on our own Thunder Laser machines at Fuse33 Makerspace in Calgary before we sell it. This 20-pack of 1/8" (3mm) sheets is our go-to for keychains, ornaments, signs, puzzles, layered art and box builds.

Tested before we stock it Baltic birch quality varies a lot across Canada. Glue pockets, voids and uneven plies turn a good file into a failed cut. Every batch we bring in gets run on our own lasers first. When a customer's cut goes wrong, we can help troubleshoot the machine, the settings and the material together.

Good to know All thin plywood can cup slightly with changes in humidity. Store your sheets flat. If a sheet has a slight bow, pin or tape it down on the laser bed. If you need material that's guaranteed flat, try our TruFlat® laser plywood.
