Order Processing & Shipping Timeline: 

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouse at Fuse3 Makerspace in Calgary AB promptly.

Please Note: We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Canada Post Expedited typically takes 3–5 days, even though checkout options displays 2 days. We’re working to correct this with Shopify

Shipping timelines may vary based on the selected shipping option and destination.

Responsibility After Shipment: Once your order leaves our warehouse and is in the possession of the carrier, Thunder Laser | Local Laser Supply Canada is no longer responsible for the package, including any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.

We recommend tracking your shipment through the carrier's website and contacting them directly for assistance once it has shipped.
